Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1 business day.

Delivery Time:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Locations (India): 5–7 business days

  • International Orders: 7–14 business days (depends on location)

Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your order in real-time.

Shipping Charges:

  • India: Free shipping on all prepaid orders.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Free 

  • International: Calculated at checkout based on location.

    🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

    We want you to love what you wear. If something’s off, here’s how we make it right:

    Returns & Exchanges Allowed For:

    • Wrong product delivered

    • Damaged or defective product

    • Wrong size received (if you selected the right size but got something else)

    Timeframe:
    You must request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

    Conditions:

    • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

    • Original tags must be intact.

    How to Request a Return/Exchange:
    Email us at lokeshbansal975@gmail.com or message on 9499406959 or Text on WhatsApp with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). Our team will get back to you within 24–48 hours.

    Refunds:
    Refunds will be processed as store credit or original payment method once we receive and inspect the product.

    ❌ No Returns For:

    • Size issues due to incorrect selection by the customer 

    • Worn or washed products
